Plot of Love Between Fairy and Devil

The story centers around Dongfang Qingcang, also known as the Moon Lord, who is the most powerful individual across all realms. After erasing all of his emotions, he masters the ancient hellfire skill and seizes the throne by killing his father, the leader of the Moon Tribe in the Changyan Sea. As a tribal leader devoid of emotions, Dongfang Qingcang leads 100,000 demon soldiers to destroy the fairy kingdom of Shuiyuntian and the mortal world of Yungmeng Lake. In a selfless act, Shuiyuntian’s God of War, Chidi Nvzi, sacrifices himself to save the world by using his primal spirit to seal the demon soldiers, disappearing along with Dongfang Qingcang. However, Dongfang Qingcang’s primal spirit manages to survive.

To prevent the resurrection of the Moon Lord Dongfang Qingcang, the immortals of Shiyuntian imprison him in the Haotian Tower. According to legend, if Dongfang Qingcang’s hellfire threatens the three realms once again, only the Goddess of Xishan can prevent this disaster. Three thousand years later, a young fairy named Xiao Lan Hua, also known as Orchid, is born in the Arbiter Hall, a fate bookstore. As a plant fairy, she is weak and bullied due to her low status in Shuiyuntian. Unbeknownst to all, Orchid is the reincarnation of the Goddess of Xishan. Her deceased parents sealed Xishan’s power, memories, and appearance to protect her. However, fate intervenes when Xiao Lan Hua accidentally releases Dongfang Qingcang from the Haotian Tower. The power within Orchid curses Dongfang Qingcang’s body with her own heart, binding them together. Now, whatever Orchid experiences—pain, sadness, regret—all of it resides in Moon Lord Dongfang Qingcang’s heart. The only way to break the heart seal is through death.
